INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — On Thursday, August 6, Indy Black Chamber of Commerce and The Halo App announced a collaboration to move resources into the Indianapolis black business ecosystem. The collaboration will broaden The Halo App’s economic inclusion initiatives and support the Indy Black Chamber of Commerce’s mission to be the leading advocate for Black-owned businesses in central Indiana.
